This collaboration arises from years of successful partnership between founders Maria Calcara, with decades of expertise in the formulation and production of dietary supplements, and Christian Artaria, who brings 25 years of global experience in the development, clinical validation, registration, and marketing of botanical extracts. The Amunì™ line, made with high-quality plant-based Sicilian raw materials such as citrus fruits, Pantelleria capers, Etna prickly pears, and pomegranate, addresses the need for innovation in the nutraceutical sector. Nexus, based in Catania, Sicily, ensures careful selection of all plant raw materials that make up the unique Amunì™ offering through direct collaboration with local producers. Additionally, for ingredient production, Nexus utilizes innovative extraction processes entirely carried out in Italy.
